About us

A software development company built on clear scope and written agreements

ATLAS FACILITY designs, builds and maintains custom digital solutions for businesses. We work business-to-business, on defined engagements, under terms agreed in advance.

Who we are

ATLAS FACILITY is the trading name of Atlas facility LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We provide software development and digital solutions services to businesses and organisations.

The company exists to solve a specific problem: many businesses run on software that does not quite fit how they actually work. They compensate with manual steps, spreadsheets, duplicated data entry and tools that do not talk to each other. Our work is to replace that friction with software built for the way the business genuinely operates.

What we do

We cover the full lifecycle of a business software project — from understanding the requirement, through design and development, to deployment and long-term maintenance.

In practice, engagements usually fall into one of four categories:

  • Building something new. A custom application, internal tool, web platform or mobile app that does not exist yet.
  • Connecting what already exists. APIs and integrations so that separate systems, applications and business tools exchange data reliably.
  • Removing manual work. Automating repetitive workflows that currently consume staff time without adding value.
  • Keeping software healthy. Maintenance, fixes, improvements and technical support for applications already in production.

The complete list of what we offer is set out on our Services page.

How we approach a project

We do not begin development on the basis of a verbal brief. Before any work starts, requirements are documented and a written proposal is issued setting out what will be delivered, on what timeline, at what price, and on what payment terms.

This matters for both sides. It gives you a document you can evaluate, compare and approve internally, and it gives us an unambiguous definition of what "finished" means. When scope changes during a project — and on many projects it does — the change is quoted and agreed in writing rather than absorbed silently.

Technology

We do not lead with a fixed technology stack. Technology choices are made per project, based on the requirements, the environment your business already runs, the skills of the people who will maintain the result, and the long-term cost of ownership.

Our work covers the usual layers of a business application: web front-ends, server-side applications and business logic, relational and document databases, REST and similar APIs, third-party service integrations, and deployment to cloud or managed hosting environments. The specific technologies proposed for your project are stated in the written proposal, so you know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

Languages and coverage

We work with clients in English and French. Services are delivered remotely. Meetings are held by video call or telephone at times agreed with you.

What we do not do

Being clear about our boundaries saves everyone time. ATLAS FACILITY is a software development services company. We are engaged to design, build, integrate and maintain software for our clients.

We do not operate as a financial institution, payment provider, money transmitter or investment business; we do not sell consumer products; and we do not resell accounts, traffic, subscribers or similar digital goods. If a request falls outside software development and digital solutions, we will say so rather than take the work.

How we work

Our delivery process

Seven stages, from first conversation to ongoing support. Projects are defined before work begins, and a written proposal or quotation is provided according to the nature of the project.

  1. Discovery

We start with a conversation about the problem, not the solution. What is the business trying to achieve, what does the current process look like, who will use the result, and what constraints exist around budget, timing and existing systems?

  2. Requirements

We turn the discussion into a documented set of requirements: features, user roles, data, integrations, technical constraints and acceptance criteria. Anything excluded is recorded as out of scope so there is no ambiguity later.

  3. Proposal

You receive a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, assumptions, technology, indicative timeline, price and payment schedule. You review it at your own pace. No work is carried out and no invoice is issued until you accept it in writing.

  4. Development

Work proceeds in agreed stages against the documented requirements. You receive regular progress updates and, where appropriate, access to a preview environment so that you can see the solution taking shape rather than waiting for a single hand-over.

  5. Testing

Deliverables are tested against the acceptance criteria agreed in the proposal — functionality, data handling, integrations and behaviour across devices and browsers where relevant. You then review the result and report anything that does not match the specification.

  6. Delivery

The solution is deployed or handed over together with the agreed documentation, source code and access credentials, in accordance with the terms of the proposal and subject to settlement of the amounts due.

  7. Support

Where a maintenance or support arrangement has been agreed, we continue to handle updates, corrections, monitoring and improvements after delivery under the terms set out in that arrangement.

Working with us

What you can expect from an engagement

A named point of contact

You deal with the same person throughout the engagement, so context is not lost between conversations.

Written scope, written changes

What is included is documented up front. Changes requested during the project are quoted and agreed before they are built.

Transparent pricing

Price, payment schedule and any third-party costs are stated in the proposal. We do not add undisclosed fees to an accepted quotation.

Ownership of your solution

On full payment, the custom code and deliverables developed specifically for you are transferred to you, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Confidentiality

Business information you share with us during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services.

An honest answer on fit

If your requirement is outside what we do well, we will tell you rather than accept the project and under-deliver.

Let's discuss your project

Send us the details and we will review your requirement and come back to you with next steps.
