Engagement & billing
How ordering and payment work
ATLAS FACILITY does not sell fixed products from an online catalogue. Each engagement is quoted individually, because price depends on the scope and technical requirements of the work.
- You submit a request through the Request a Quote form or by email.
- We review the request and, where needed, ask clarifying questions.
- You receive a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule.
- Once you accept the proposal in writing, the engagement is confirmed and work is scheduled.
- Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule in the proposal and settled by the agreed method.
All quotations and invoices are issued in United States Dollars (USD) unless a different currency is expressly agreed in writing.
Payments
Invoices can be settled by major credit and debit card or by bank transfer, as stated on the invoice. Card payments are handled by a third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processor over an encrypted connection. ATLAS FACILITY does not collect or store full card numbers on this website or on its own systems.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation rights and any refund of amounts already paid depend on the stage the project has reached. Work already performed and third-party costs already committed remain payable. The full terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Contracting terms
Every engagement is governed by our Terms of Service together with the accepted proposal. Personal data submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
